Meet Mimbaw
A solar-powered Lagoon 410 catamaran built for easy, quiet days on the water in the Virgin Islands.
Quiet, Solar-Powered Sailing
Mimbaw runs on sunshine
Our solar panels charge a large lithium battery bank, so there's no generator on board. No engine hum at anchor, just the sound of the water and the breeze.
No generator
Silent nights at anchor
Plastic-free
Refillable bottles from our watermaker
Reef-safe only
Reef-safe sunscreen required aboard
Local & seasonal
Provisioned on the islands
Cabins
Simple, cozy & made for being rocked to sleep by the ocean
Mimbaw sleeps 6 guests in three queen cabins. Each has a comfy foam mattress, good pillows, two fans, outlets to charge your gear, and a little storage to stow your things. The master cabin has its own private bathroom, and the other two cabins share a full bathroom on the port side
On deck
Shade, breeze, and a hammock with your name on it
The large custom hardtop (built by the Captain) keeps you in the shade or out of a passing squall, and the bow trampoline is the best spot on the boat for napping, reading, or stargazing. String up a hammock, grab a drink, and settle in.
